Matt (Le God, as he is known on the south coast and to any Saints fans) was one of the most extraordinary football players this country has ever seen. Although some critics felt his reputation was mainly “lazy and doesn’t train”, Matt has always let his feet do the talking and his record of achievement tells the real story.

Now Matt divides his time equally between golf (which he plays off a handicap of 5!), and True Greats. He is keenly and actively involved in the creation and ongoing development of this new community.

Matt Le Tissier took an after dinner chat, and turned it into a vibrant and thought-provoking football community website where the ex-pros from the game, from the 40s to the ‘noughties’, can get together with each other and their countless fans and supporters.

Here it is – it’s bright sparkling and brand new. We want you to play an integral part in developing this community.
